In memory of my mother and of the family warmth that she has been able to infuse to me, when, on Sunday morning, armed herself with a pastry board and rolling pin to delight us with her repertoire of home-made pasta. I wanted to create a place that recalled the memory of those gestures that conveyed so much serenity in the soul of the child that I was.

The space is furnished with the utmost care and attention, every detail has been designed to create an atmosphere in which you can taste dishes with great care and attention from the selection of raw materials: local and high quality. Our menu includes traditional, Umbrian and Tuscan dishes as well as some recipes from Lombardy, the country of origin and the education of our chef Valeriano.
